The Bull Creek Golf Course Men’s Golf Association (MGA) is beginning our 3rd year at Bull Creek! We are small but growing. Our goal is to promote competitive and fun golf among the players at the Bull Creek Golf Courses. We will have several different tournament formats, Individual Metal, Team events, and fun events working towards some final year end major 2-day tournaments like Tournament of Champions and Club Championship. We have two tournaments a month, one tournament a month on a weekend and one day a month on a weekday. Look for news about the MGA on the bulletin board in the Snack Bar and on our website.
TOURNAMENTS
Our FIRST tournament was Saturday, February 26th and our second tournament will be Saturday, March 16th a two-person Better Ball starting at 12 noon. Our third tournament is Thursday, March 28th at 10 am, a shotgun on the west course at the same time as the Red Oak group. We collect $20 per player, pay out $10 per hole Close ups on the par threes, we usually pay 1st gross, 1st net then rest net. We pay $100 for hole in one’s and only paid out one of those last year. Peter Anderson was our Tournament Director for the first two years. Peter is moving to Handicap Director and a new board member, Don Bryan has agreed to be our 2024 Tournament Director.
