TOURNAMENT UPDATES FOR JUNE

Individual Medal Tournament Thursday, May23rd

This was a “wash out” tournament originally scheduled for May 9^th but was cancelled due to heavy rain.  Only three people signed up for the tournament.  On game day 5 players showed.  Don Bryan decided there were not enough players for a tournament so one guy played with Red Oak and the other 4 players played and made up some game between themselves. 

JUNE TOURNAMENTS (East Course punched first week June…will play West Course June)

June is a busy month with our first of three major tournaments for the year happening, Match Play.  Additionally, we have two FUN tournaments, BEST NINE and “Mixed Bag” (6 holes Scramble, 6 holes Alternate Shot and 6 holes Better Ball).   

MATCH PLAY sign up ends June 15^th.  After that first bracket matches will be published, and players must contact their opponent and play their match before June 27^th.  Winners and those getting a “bye” in the first round move on to the round two matches which must be played before July 7^th and so on until there are only two!  There can be only ONE! 

BEST NINE Tuesday, Jume 11^th ,10am West course.  For net score take your handicap strokes on the holes they fall on.  Count your best 9 holes and throw out your 9 worst!

“MIXED BAG” 6 scramble, 6 Alternate Shot and 6 Better Ball Sunday 23^rd 12:30 West Course.  This is a WILD ONE!  Three formats in one tournament.
