YEAR END TOURNAMENT, ELECTION, PARTY

Attention Membership,

Right now we are hoping to have our final Christmas Tournament this Friday, December 20th.  It will be a 9 hole Cha-Cha-Cha.  We hope to start around 10:30, get in 9 holes, go to clubhouse for lunch on the club, hold board election for 4 Board Members for 2025-2027 term and have Raffle!

TOURNAMENT

9 hole Cha-Cha-Cha.  We hope to start around 10:30, get in 9 holes, go to clubhouse for lunch on the club.  Rules for this tournament are strokes where they fall, best score of three to four players on first hole, Two best scores on second hole and three best scores on third hole.  Start over again on 4th hole and 7th hole.  

BOARD ELECTION

Every year we have an election for either three or 4 Board members.  Odd years we elect 4 members, even years we elect 3 members.  Each election is for a 2-year term.  This election is for 2025-27.   Board members are expected to attend 12 Board meetings (monthly) and each board member must be on at least one committee.  Committees are: Tournament, Handicap, Treasurer, Rules, Election and reporting (minutes).  Currently we have three candidates for the 4 member spots.  We NEED at least one more person to run for the position.  

RAFFLE

For the raffle each member receives one ticket in the drawing for each tournament they have played in.  The more tournaments you have played in the better your chances are to win!  If you cannot show up for the tournament, please try to make the lunch and election for Board members!
